Please note our gym rules:
Separate shoes for the mat, any kind of sport shoes as long as they are not used for the street.
Optional: Mouth guard, groin guard, shin guard, boxing gloves, wraps

Krav Maga Level 1:
Students are introduced to the basic strikes, movement and self defense techniques. Level 1 classes are active, introducing fatigue and stress drills to help students learn and react under adverse conditions.


Krav Maga Level 2:
Students are introduced to more advanced self defense techniques, higher levels of stress and ground fighting scenarios.


Krav Maga Level 3 & 4:
Students learn more advanced self defense techniques, take-downs, multiple attacker scenarios, sparring and weapons defenses.


Cardio Krav Maga:
KM's version of cardio kick boxing, the class takes a practical approach to working out. Students strike the heavy bag using KMtechniques and realistic strike combinations, so that you get a solid work out, and reinforce techniques taught in the regular KM classes.


Fight:
Open to all experience levels - sparring with protective gear - grappling, take-downs, multiple attackers.
Students learn to put KM principals into practice.


Flexibility:
One full hour of variety of drills to improve and work on your flexibility. |
